Justin and I had Thanksgiving at the Crook home this year (it was awesome), and the day after we went Christmas tree hunting! Darren, Shane, Michelle, Ellie and Devon invited us to go with them. We drove up Grey's River to look for the perfect tree. It was so much fun! We would drive a bit then someone would spot one and yell stop! then Shane would back up and we would jump out of the truck and go check it out. Elllie found one that just so happened to be up a very steep hill covered in loose rocks, but it was worth it! I know we really had a good time, and that tree hunting will be a new family tradition for us. Oh, and they smell sooo good!

What a fun tradition! I want to get a real tree this year but I'm afraid my dog will get into it and eat it! Your pictures makes me miss the mountains!! How are you liking Idaho? Is Justin liking his new job? Hope you're doing well!
I cant wait to do the same thing...around here there are Christmas trees in our back yards! Its like I am 24/7 camping! lol looks like you had fun!
How much fun. We had plans to buy a real tree but opted for an artificial tree instead. I have heard they smell fabulous though :)
